What is the Community Panel?

Our panel is a group of people who share feedback and ideas, usually through online questions. It is for families, carers, relatives, professionals and those with lived experience connected to our work. You need to be over 18. They help us create and improve the resources we make for families. You can help us:

  • inform our work
  • give your views on things we produce such as resources or our website
  • understand the issues you and your family are facing

It’s a way for your experience to shape our work.

How much time will it take?

You choose how much time you put in. On average it’s 5 to 30 minutes, every 3 months. It is usually a short online questionnaire asking your views on our resources. The results are anonymous.

Do I have to commit to every questionnaire?

There is no pressure at all. We contact you about each opportunity separately, so you decide each time. You can skip any survey, and leave the panel at any time.

What will you do with my information?

We’ll keep your data in line with UK GDPR and use it only to contact you about the panel. We won’t sell, disclose or provide Community Panel information to outside organisations for their own use. Our survey results are anonymous. See our privacy policy for details.
